For each project, FANTUM provides skilled work force to support the installation, commissioning and ongoing operation and maintenance activities of the plant.
In addition to professional installation teams, site managers and shift supervisors, local personnel also are employed and provided with extensive on-site training.
On average, we aim for local personnel make up approximately 50% of the on-site workforce.
Our policy of hiring and training local labor includes technical skills development, which can facilitate future careers within the project sector and helps to ensure worksite safety and security.
